The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) is working with federal, provincial and territorial governments to understand the experience of youth age 13 to 24 with mental health and substance use services. Your responses can help shape how these services can be improved.

To help improve mental health and substance use services, it's important for health care decision-makers to understand current barriers. Here are some of the topics covered by the survey:

Who is CIHI?
The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) provides comparable and actionable data and information that are used to accelerate improvements in health care, health system performance and population health across Canada.
CIHI will provide aggregated results to health care decision-makers and the public to help better understand the challenges experienced when accessing mental health and substance use services, and how to improve access to these services within their jurisdictions.
